 GILES, FRANK R. Jr. Frank R. Giles, Jr, 54, of Kalkaska, died on Saturday, September 1, 2001, at McLaren Hospital in Flint.  He was born on Nov. 6, 1946, to Francis and Elizabeth (Lardie) Giles, Sr. in Traverse City. Frank lived in Kalkaska since 1990. He attended Michigan State University and obtained a short degree in his major Horticulture.  He was employed by Beaver Log Homes as a mill hand. He was a member of the Calvary Baptist Church and enjoyed muscle and classic cars, and gardening. He was a good friend to everyone. He is survived by his loving family, wife, Glory of 17 years; sons, Chip (Kelly) Morgan of Winter Haven, Fla., David (Missy) Morgan of   Kalkaska; a granddaughter, Brittney Morgan of Winter Haven, Fla.; sisters, MaryJane (Louis) Hoolihan of Traverse City and Kathy (Ronald) Schwartz of Berne, Ind.; and nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held September 4, 2001, at 1 p.m. at the Calvary Baptist Church in Kalkaska, with Pastor Matt Moser officiating.
