Zartner; her siblings, Robin Bisel and Rex Bisel (Rosemary); her stepson Blaine Zartner (Ashley); her stepgrandchildren, Lauren, Ethan and Maeve Zartner; and her siblings, Rocky Bisel (Rodjana) and Rae Ann Liggett (Jim). She was also cherished by many nieces, nephews.
